"Clean room, comfortable bed, good WiFi and TV. However , room was freezing when I came in. So I turned on heat, went to dinner for 1 1/2 hours to let it warm up. Bathroom still cold, but tolerable. "

"While they have recently renewed flooring in halls and rooms, overall general condition is average. Beds comfortable and everything worked as expected. Being a college town with several other hotels in the area, they are average, compared to Hampton and Holiday Inn for example. In town for Ohio basketball game and while they all inflate rates when they can, the price while reasonable compared to others, still not justified. Breakfast ended at 9:30 on a weekend, prefer 10 or 10:30, especially...

"Unsafe, my wife stayed with out me, was fallowed three different times. BED BUGS, stains everywhere, rude and hard to find staff. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"Although staff were friendly and helpful, the property itself is quite run-down and unappealing. The bedding and bathroom appeared to be clean, and the water pressure and temperature of the water was great. However, the carpet in the room was terrible (multiple stains, not in good condition) and the furnishings shabby. My husband had to connect/hook-up the television and obtain the correct remote control from the front desk. Sadly, I would not stay here again."

"A very old hotel clearly past its day but it was OK for us. Room was clean, bathroom small but very functional. The restaurant actually had pretty good food and was pleasant. “Fitness Room”” totally bare except a sit down bike and treadmill. Evening staff helpful, daytime staff surly and unhelpful. Plenty of parking. Large parts of hotel not open, no breakfast service, no quiet areas to relax and read in"
