"The breakfast food is of very poor quality. Think of mass produced gas station sandwiches, and fruit yogurt that doesn't contain any fruit. The gym is water damaged likely got some mold issues. Street noise is easily heard on all floors. But on the plus side, the staff are very nice and the rooms are big."

"Whole place needs cleaning and updating. Carpet in the room had mysterious things melted into it. The chair in the room has very gross stains. Only one plug in the room worked. Pillows were child size but the bed was comfortable enough. Front desk receptionist was nice but some random lady was using the phone watching the screen as he input my info and booked the room. "

"Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. I was given the blanket and offered a space heater which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pizza and sub shops, and the supermarket and ferry."

"I really loved that the breakfast started at 6 AM even on the weekend. We were there for a dance competition all weekend and had to leave by seven each morning so it was nice to be able to take advantage of that. The rooms were clean seems like it has lots of amenities."

"Quite possibly the WORST hotel "resort" or lack there of! Beautiful view and convenient location. I've asked to speak with the management twice since we've checked out, and no one has followed up. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It felt like we were in an abandoned hotel. American horror story! I would love it if management would call back and give me some sort of refund whether partial or full. $200 for a low grade "resort" is repulsive. I am always traveling and I will never return and I will continue to tell my story until they reach out and rectify this! They should be ashamed!"

"This is an older hotel and is okay for an overnight stay. The walls are very thin and it is very likely that you will hear noise from the next room if it is occupied. Shower pressure is on the weak side."
