"Inn on the Square was great! Prime location to shops, restaurants, Shining Sea Bikeway!! Came for a long weekend in mid-April. When I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted by Allison (give this woman a raise!!). She was so nice, welcoming and friendly. She asked if I had been to Falmouth before and if I was planning to go to Martha's Vineyard. She gave me a packet with maps and all the local information. She highlighted all the best spots and told me what spots to not bother with. It was a warmer day for mid-April, so she put us in the Cottage on the first floor with one of the patios that gets the best sun! It was a great room, we enjoyed the patio very much! It felt like Allison was part of the trip, as we kept referring to her all weekend since all her suggestions were spot on! "

"There was no attendant at the front desk. I had to call a number for her to come out. When she came out, she was reeking of alcohol. The room was old looking and rusty in certain areas, such as the toilet paper holder. The television remote was disgusting! I will never stay there again."
