"Spent the weekend at Casa de Uco to unwind and relax. A bit of a drive from Mendoza airport (roughly 1.5 hours) located at the foot of the Andes mountains and surrounded by vineyards. Small, refined, luxurious. Never left the property. No reason to. Had breakfast and dinner on site. Cooled off in the pool, pampered in the spa, went horseback riding through the vineyards. "The front desk team was amazing, it’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a very solid boutique hotel in an amazing location if you’re exploring this very beautiful part of Mendoza. It wasn’t hot when we were there so we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool, but the grounds are very nice and the restaurant had very delicious food. The whole place has a woody feel to it, they really accommodated us, with amazing hospitality. We stayed facing the back so it was very quiet as well."
