The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "Good location.. bedroom was tired and in need of some improvements.. bed base was torn and tatty,.. there were 3 windows, only one was clear, the glass in the other two were in need of replacement as you were unable to see out of them and didn't let light through..
