"Thank you for a early check-in but the refrigerator was not cleaned out the rest of the room was cleaned. I called at 0630 am to ask to see if we could get early check in. "Very spacious and clean room with balcony overlooking kids pool and near elevator. Outstandingly polite and helpful staff. Hotel grounds and emenities well kept. Private is a real jem. Food at this hotel is very good and reasonably priced for the quality and quantity you receive. However if you are a night owl this hotel may not be for you as it go's quiet/dark after dusk and everything closes. It is a 4 diamond resort and earns it."
