"It was not what I expected. The place looked different than expected. Very loud. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but for my health I had to leave to move to a different place and asked for a refund but nothing help. Mainly I would expect some kind of support."

"The location of this apartment was very good, it was about a 4 minute walk (250m) from the Bertramka tram stop. The apartment was also a 10 minute walk from the Novy Smichov Shopping Centre which has a Tesco to get water. The room was very clean and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. The apartment also had a kitchen with utensils and a washing machine. There is no air conditioning in this apartment but they provided a fan which was nice."

"Bad check in process. No one contacted me in advance. I had to reach out directly and even then didn't hear back until just hours before our arrival. They told me to come to the main office. I did, with my 5 children and all our luggage... They then told us the actually property was nearly 2km away. I asked why I wasn't given the check in information sooner...they said it was because I hadn't yet paid the security deposity, which I had, 3 hours before arriving. "The room smelled and looked clean when we walked it. It was in a great location, we parked the car at a car park and then just walked everywhere until we left. Also nice to have 2 separate sleeping rooms."

"The property was very nicely loaded in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The view of the apartment was great. Size of the apartment is good. However the check-in instruction was terrible. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...

"Great location for exploring Prague. We only stayed one night as we were travelling around. It was easy to find, receptionist was helpful and we checked into our room. The room itself was large with a great kitchen area, great bathroom and we loved the balcony overlooking the square. (We had Room 1) There is plenty to see and do in the area, lots to see, restaurants and bars all around you. It was easy to get to the airport bus, just a 10 minute walk to the bus stop or the train station....
