"I had a pleasant stay at the Wekopa. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the room was spacious. The breakfast at the WKP sports bar was fantastic, they offer Starbucks coffee.most of the staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay. Only 20-25 min from the Phoenix airport. "

Kitchen was stocked with essentials.
Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided.
Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel.
Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi.
Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile.
Laminate flooring was old
Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door).
Only deadbolt...

"Our condo was immaculate and very large. Beds very comfortable, on the firm side. We had a top floor facing the golf course so it was very quiet and had lots of natural light. If you were on the street side, it would be noisier. Also close to the local airport so there was plane noise in the morning.
The grounds aren’t lush, but well maintained. This is not a fancy resort property but right off the freeway so convenient to everything. It’s is an office park area, not a residential...

"Checkin took 45 minutes and we were the second one in line. Ordered salmon and smash patty melt from the coyote Catina - it was absolutely terrible ( soggy broccoli, tasteless rice and weird smell). Would not stay again, especially for $200 + a night and $100 in food.

"The pool area was filthy!! Dead grasshoppers laying on the concrete for 3 days. Tables not cleaned, broken table roped off with caution tape. Caution tape?? Just not a good sight. Had to ask for towels in the pool area 3 times. Bathroom faucet is to short. Water goes all over the counter while just washing your hands. Have stayed there 4 times. This was as dirty as its ever been. Was hoping the water faucet issues were addressed. Probably won't go back."

"The pool was a mess and the buildings surrounding the pool need to be torn down. They offer no early check in (even though we were told they would allow one, along with a late check out, for a fee.) Their late check out did not exist either, as we were told they normnally allow it, but all of the early check outs were already claimed for the day. So when they say 10am check out , they mean it. "The keys to the building entrance and to the rooms don’t work properly. I had to replace my key five or six times in five days. All the guests had that problem and kept prepping the entrance doors with rocks. Ridiculous. The hotel has unreliable lock system. "

"Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers.
Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them.
The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty.
Kids had a mediocre time.
Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots
Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00
Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well.
Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman...
