"t was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and beautifully styled. I loved that there was a bar where you could get a drink any time, and in the morning we could get barista-made coffee that was really tasty. The breakfast was very good, and we also dined in for dinner, which was incredible. The staff were really polite and lovely, which made our stay even better. We will be back!"

"I really love the accommodation and facilities. This was my second stay and I look forward to staying again. My only complaint is the smoke detectors in the hubs click or tick intermittently which was a bit annoying. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. As the hubs are so quiet, the sound was noticeably, to me at least. I just put music on or slept with the blanket over my ear. "

"The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again."

"Incredible!!! Our mini apartment was SO clean. we had a slow shower drain a few days into our stay and they were responsive within 30 min and a plumber was offered that afternoon or next morning per our choice. Was fixed when we were out and it was like nothing ever happened. Even the basement laundry room was SO clean/tidy/laundry soap offered. The location could not be beat…grocery store literally next door, train station across the street. Food hall a block up the street, the Stroyet and tons...
