I enjoyed the modern amenities of the building and the balcony in my room. The workers that are working the reception/check-in are not friendly at all and have an attitude like they are doing me a favor by staying there. They were not helpful at all and when I asked about any tours available from the hotel they said look it up yourself you can find it online.

Everything about the property was excellent. The service, staff. Great location. Across the street from the beach with its many restaurants and bars. The only negative is the techno music being played at an outdoor beach club till late at night. Our room was on the 16th floor with beach view. The music was so loud it was difficult to fall asleep. Not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of.

I love this hotel
Best beachfront hotel I've stayed in My Khe Beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. From the doorstep to the lift and reception, they made sure you feel welcomed. The rooms are well done. Clean and spacious. Super comfy bed. Nice huge balcony and great soundproofing, blocking out traffic and wave noises. The pool overlooks the sea. Breakfast buffet is extensive and has variety of choices.

My stay at Chicland Beach Hotel Da Nang was truly fabulous. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and I want to express my gratitude to the bell man on level one for their assistance during my stay. While there was a slight hiccup with housekeeping, where the room attendant used water to dilute the shower gel during cleaning, rendering it unusable, I was impressed by the swift response from the housekeeping department. They promptly replenished the shower gel, resolving the issue efficiently. In terms of cleanliness, there's room for improvement as I noticed a few stray hairs in some corners and on the bed, along with some water stains in various places. Paying extra attention to these details would enhance the overall experience. The hotel's location is a definite highlight, with a beautiful beach just across the road. The breathtaking view of the sea and sunrise added to the charm, and its proximity to key attractions in Da Nang made exploring the city a breeze. Don't miss the fantastic infinity pool on the rooftop, perfect for stunning photo opportunities. For transportation, it's incredibly convenient to use GRAB cars at an affordable price to get anywhere you'd like. Chicland Beach Hotel Da Nang offers a memorable experience, and with a few minor improvements, it would be an even more exceptional choice for travelers.

It has a very well-known location which is in the central of My Khe beach and you can go to city center or famous destinations in this city. What I impressed first about its architect and the new eco vibe. The staffs are friendly and supportive. You should try some Vietnamese food here. I like the hightea set. I'll be back next time.

I was drawn to their concept, architecture and interior of the building. One of the best hotel I ever stay. I have to command their dining/breakfast staff has nothing been spectacular. They are kind, friendly, welcoming, helpful. I had to take their names for their excellent attitude. Hong Chanh, Pham Hieu, Cram Anh, Kim Lien, Co Quyen, Chao Nhi, Shiu Chinh, To Quyen, Hong Thanh. It's been my pleasure to stay in your property and feel welcomed through out my stay there. Not to mention the guys who work at the front by the park station to welcome you every time you are back from the beach.

Top notch place to stay.
You are right in the middle of the tourist beach front. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very polite and accommodating. If you have any questions or need help they were there to help.

stayed for a long weekend in Da Nang and chose the Chicland due to being modern, on the water front and eco credentials - and it looks cool. Not dissapointed with comfy spacious room, ever helpful staff and excellent facilities. The spa is out right now, but that was all. Excellent brekfast and roof bar.

This hotel really stands out , it may not be as tall as other hotels but it’s 21 stories and when the mist comes in you can’t see the top of the other hotels . Every where we went in the hotel including the pool and rooftop bar were so clean and the staff amazing . Would definitely recommend

Our experience at the Chicland Hotel was excellent. I most admired the thoughtful design concepts and furnishings incorporated into the hotel's design concepts. The staff was 5-star - very welcoming, always pleasant, always looking to help when needed. The only drawback is the volume of noise coming from the beach across the street - morning PA music and announcements sometimes start as early as 5:30, and loud EDM continued to midnight, sometimes. But, regardless, we would stay there again. Thanks, Chicland staff!

The hotel name says it all…this place is so stylish, inside and out. Loved the decor and design, and the exterior greenery adds to the chic look! Stayed in the Deluxe Double room with balcony for 2 nights - modern, comfortable and super clean room. A 5 star hotel at a reasonable price! Staff are accommodating and friendly, which made our stay here that much more pleasant. Location is spectacular, across from the beach, surrounded by good restaurants, and a 20 minute walk to the dragon bridge. Breakfast is good, rooftop patio and pool provides breathtaking views of the city and beach. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Top notch hotel in Danang!

It was an amazing stay. We stayed in a sea facing balcony room. The view was fantastic. I must mention that the pillows were the best and most comfortable unlike most hotels. The beach across the road is easily accessible and the pool on 21st level is small and beautiful. The bar lounge on the top level serves nice drinks and food….. overall deserves a repeat stay.

Absolutely wonderful! I will most definitely be back. The location is perfect for the beach, city, or day tours, and the staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. The facility is very stylish and comfortable and I feel offers great value. Having a sundowner at the roof top bar and pool area is a perfect way to spend the evening, and the food is excellent.

Can’t say enough good things!
We felt like family. Thoa took such great care to make sure our stay was a pleasure, also devoting time to helping us schedule a tour. Her attention to detail was remarkable! No stone left unturned! The facility is 100% eco-friendly. The breakfast that was included With our room fee was sumptuous. The rooftop bar is a great location for stargazing or viewing the lights of the city. And the location is right across the street from the best beach in Viet Nam.

New centralized hotel with amazing view of the sea
Chicland's location is excellent and it is less than 15 mins drive from the airport. Situated right in front of the beach, there are plenty of seafood restaurants either in front or behind the hotel. There are also lots of spa and massage places nearby. Supermarket is also behind the hotel. The room is spacious and clean The bed and the long pillows are very comfy. It has a mini bar and a laptop size safe box for use. The ceiling fan is useful and i didn't even switch on the aircon throughout my entire stay. The infinity pool on the 21st floor has a fabulous view. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked and i didnt get a chance to enjoy the massage there. Breakfast serves a variety of food and has a live cooking station for noodles and eggs. Overall i will definitely recommend this hotel.

We were suppose to stay at another hotel but because of construction we moved to the Chicland Hotel and bit are we happy we did!! It was very clean, modern and stylish. There was a fun New year's Eve celebration on the roof top bar which was a blast. The entire experience was wonderful.... We would highly recommend!
