The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and attentive: always greeting us, and seeing us out, making conversation. The facilities including spa/bicycles were fantastic. We requested the round bed and they provided this for us- it was amazing! It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was huge, and had so much variety. Upon arrival they provided us with cake and tea which was delicious. They even gave us a leaving gift! Thank you so much :) We recommend Hoang Trinh Hotel to everyone!

Our visit to Hoi An
This little gem is located very near the old town and shopping districts. The staff go out of their way to make sure your visit is wonderful. The amazing breakfast includes an assortment of fresh pastries,, fruit as well as hot dishes. While there is no elevator the shòrt rise on the stairs made them easy to walk. Definitely a good choice.

Homely Hotel
The staff makes us feel very homely and took great effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay, especially Hien, front office staff. Hote is located only a short walk to ancient city. The Morning Glory restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.For advice, you can book taxi to Danang or airport through the spa centre in front of the Little Hoian Central Hotel, cheapest in town, only 200k to Danang town. However, beware there is a pho stall near the Little Hoian Hotel, operated by a man who charges tourist prices.

Our room had a bath that was unsealed around the edges, which meant you had to sit down for a shower; if you stood up, the bathroom would flood. I think the bath was part of the ‘romantic’ theme of the room but s shower would most likely be preferred by guests.

Budget homestay near ancient town
A 10-15min walk to the anicent town, but the streets are very quite and dark at night so it may be quite scare to walk alone. We arrived Hoi An late at night and left early in the next morning so we just found something cheap to stay for a night. The room is old, cleanliness can be improved. However, they served very good breakfast and they will also give you a souvenir ( a bag or a purse) when you check out.

Convenient for Hoi An's old town area
The hotel's very near the old town area (Japanese bridge end) - it only takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk there. The reception was good, giving us useful maps and accurate advice about where to go, and how much tickets etc would cost. Breakfasts are good, and plentiful, with decent pastries and loads of fruit, as well as the usual eggy stuff. Breakfast is eaten on a balcony overlooking a shrine, which was very nice. Our room was ok - comfortable but rather old fashioned, with the usual have-a-shower-and-the-whole-bathroom-is-awash problem (not to mention the light, fan, and water heater switches being over the bath/shower). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and organised car pick-up and return to Da Nang railway station for US$15, which seemed a good deal. Wifi was fine.

Great place to stay closer to the Old Quarter
We had a great stay at this hotel and loved everything about it. The room was large and quiet and all of the amenities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful and very nice as well. The breakfast was huge and had a ton of choices too!

A very welcoming & friendly hotel.
The staff gave first aid to my husband when he grazed his hand, transfers were arranged for us and were were offered cold fresh fruit drinks whenever we returned from our outings. The breakfasts were tasty with a wide choice of food. Such a genuine and caring staff team.

Really great hotel. we are backpacking and it suited us fine, there are more upmarket hotels nearby but the staff here were super friendly. Breakfast was amazing, they keep bringing you food.

Awesome service ... super location!
The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to accommodate you. The breakfasts were amazing ... so much food to choose from. This is one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed in ... from the owner to all the staff ... Thank you for making my stay so special. This hotel is located in an ideal location next to the ancient town. Next door you can rent a bike ... cheapest rate around ... for the day. Bike to best beach 15 minutes away. A fantastic place!

Good service for the price
Staff very very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast with good choice and good quality, and you can order as many dishes as you want. Room a little bit small for 3 people with 3 baggages, you can see bathroom is a bit old, water heater was not working properly and they fixed after 2 days. Location is ok, 5 min from the center, 10 min from the market. Overall ok for the price you pay, I would suggest a renewal of the rooms to the owner

Overall, an enjoyable stay with friendly staff and good service. The breakfast was quite bountiful with fruits, bread, baguette and a choice from the menu. Room was a bit small spaced but I can't complain for the price. My only complaint is I wish they had installed a shower curtain in the bathroom as it was difficult to avoid splashing water onto the floor which is something I hate to do.

Great Hospitality!
Hoang Trinh was one of the best hotels we have stayed in primarily because of the hospitality! Seriously, when have you ever been greeted at the door with a glass of cold juice or a plate of fruit? It was a comfortable room, nicely decorated and good AC. The hotel is a five minute walk from all the action but is in a quiet area. They served a huge breakfast every morning and were helpful but not pushy regarding our plans. They arranged a visit to My Son for us and even offered us breakfast when we got back even though was was past ten o'clock. I have to say that although we had overall great service during out trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, Hoang Tring gets top marks! Would go back in a heart beat!

Great place with amazing friendly staff
This place is perfect. The owner and all of her staff are so helpful, friendly, and truly seem to care about your stay. Eveything you show up on the front desk they acknowledge you, they ask you how you are doing and if you need anything, and they will always greet you with a something to drink or eat as soon as you show up. I've never stayed at such a friendly welcoming place. The hotel itself is quite cute, it's not fancy, but its very comfortable, with everything you need...you almost feel like you are staying at someone's home. Other perks are the location, it's located perfectly, close enough to the old town but yet far enough from any loudness. The free breakfast is great too, they give you plenty of food, lots of variety, and it's nice and fresh. The owner is very sweet, and thoughtful, she helped us book our tickets to sapa, and because it was high season and almost everything was sold out she had to make multiple phone calls for us in order to get us some last minute tickets, but she did it patiently, and didn't seem to get bothered at all. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it's a nice change to be treated so kindly by people.

Amazing staff
A really great hotel in the delightful town of Hoi an. The staff are absolutely fantastic and go out of there way to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms are very comfortable and decorated in a traditional Vietnamese style adding to the charm of the place. Location is a just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and breakfast options are extensive and tasty. I couldn't recommend this hotel strongly enough

Överlägset bästa boendet på vår resa i Vietnam
Ett otroligt mysigt hotell med framförallt helt fantastisk personal! Servicen är utmärkt. Vi blev väldigt bra bemötta när vi kom med te och kaka medan vi checkade in. Fick också väldigt bra tips från personalen som dessutom hjälpte oss att hyra cyklar och annat. Tvättservicen fungerade också oklanderligt. Rummet i sig var rent och mysigt, med en stängd balkong som vätte mot trappuppgången. Dock var trappuppgången halvt utomhus så det kom in mycket ljus. Även frukosten var riktigt bra. De bjöd på en god phô som personalen gjorde iordning medan man tog sig. Det fanns även massor med frukt, bröd, äggröra och allt annat man skulle kunna ha. Extra pluspoäng för gott kaffe med kondenserad mjölk. Nästa gång vi åker tillbaka till Hoi An så väljer vi utan tvekan samma boende. Kan inte rekommendera det nog!

親子３人で利用しました。部屋は若干狭かったものの（２つのトランクを広げるには厳しい、という意味で）、スタッフの方々のサービスや旧市街に近い立地条件を考えるとかなりコストパフォーマンスは高いものと思います。

일단 호텔이라고 하기에도 좀 뭐하고.. 게스트하우스 느낌이랄까? 호이안이라는 동네의 색깔과는 잘 어울리는 오래된 숙소였다 원래 봐둔 숙소가 방이 없어서 여기서 그냥 3박 했는데 아침 조식 먹는곳도 너무 좁고 테이블도 몇개 없는데 청소 상태는 정말 실망 접시와 곳곳에 먼지와 벌레시체들이 있어서 밥 먹기도 좀 찝찝했던.... 참 친철하고 볼때마다 웃어주는 직원들 딱 그게 전부인...

너무 친절하고 좋았어요.
직원들이 너무 친절하고 조식도 맛있었어요. 다만 드라이기를 사용할때 3번정도 전기차단기가 떨어져서 갑자기 깜깜해져서 무서웠어요. 혼자 가시는 분은 핸드폰 후레쉬 켜놓고 머리 말리는거 추천할께요. 체크아웃할때 작은 선물도 주시고 저는 너무 만족스러웠습니다.^^

Hôtel calme et bien situé
A deux pas du quartier touristique donc très pratique pour visiter la ville. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais l'accueil toujours souriant et la gentillesse du personnel et de la patronne compensent (jus de fruits au retour des balades, thé, petit cadeau au départ...) Excellent petit déjeuner varié et bien fourni. Loueur de vélos juste à côté pratique pour visiter les rizières.

직원들도 친절하고 가격대비 괜찮습니다
건물은 조금 오래된 느낌이나 청소상태 깨끗하고 분위기는 좋습니다. 가장 좋았던점은 리셉션 스탭이나 여타 다른 스탭분들이 아주 친절하단거겠네요. 조식도 무난하고 전체적으로 가격대비 추천할만한 숙소인거 같습니다. 다시 호이안간다면 숙박해도 괜찮은 숙소인거 같습니다.

スタッフはみな優しかったです。出発前夜に急きょランドリーサービスを頼み、明日の朝までにとお願いしたところ、快く引き受けてくれて、ちゃんと仕上がりました。ミーソン遺跡のツアー申込などもフロントでできます。朝食はフルーツバイキングと、飲み物、軽食で、バインミーやカオラウも頼むことができます。どれもとてもおいしかったです。こじんまりしたホテルですが、スタッフの優しさがこころに残るいいホテルでした！

シンツーリストから徒歩5分くらい。 朝7時過ぎに着いたらウェルカムティーと、すぐにチェックインさせてくれてとても有難かったです。 スタッフは皆さんとても感じが良くて癒されます。朝食はOk。 部屋には冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットがないのとシャワーのお湯に時間制限があるのはマイナスでWifiも少し不安定でした。 シャワーヘッドも壊れていたけど修理してくれなかったし、排水溝も詰まり気味。たぶんリピ無し。

Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr aufmerksam, jeden Tag gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit (Cocktail, Tee, Gebäck) und das Frühstücken war immer üppig (Baguette, Obst, Reisgericht, a la Carte Auswahl, ...). Unser Zimmer hatte nebst der normalen Ausstattung witzige und skurile Assessoires. Das Bad hatte leider nur eine Badewanne und kein Fenster.

I do not recommend this hotel to people who want to have a nice breakfast. Even if it is including in the accommodation fee. Instant noodle, yogurt entered the plastic container, Why even fresh pineapple and morning coffee also bad? No safety box in the room. We found some guest room keys on the front desk when we came back at 21:30. (might have been just a short time.) Bathtub and hot water available but water stopper was not workable. (We don't need the but tub.) Loud sound from the ceiling fan. (Looks easily to repair.) Staff were very friendly but seems not professional. I do not hate this hotel, but you should know this is the B-Hotel. Very ASIAN services there.

物超所值的飯店!很開心的2晚!
這裡的工作人員都很nice!一進門的熱茶招呼，讓人旅行中有溫暖的感覺!飯店乾淨整潔，我們2個人住的房間應該是自動升級成2個大床，寬敞舒適，提供的早餐讓人不禁懷疑我們到底付了多少錢一晚，怎麼這麼多水果，麵包，任你吃。很推薦!
