Cheap stay

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t that great and I guess you get what you pay for. When we checked in, be prepared to give up your passports and Id for a day (all hotels give it right back after you checkin after a few minutes). I thought I heard the front desk say come back in an hour and when I did, she said come back again later. I didn’t since she wasn’t happy when I asked for it. The room was big enough for us but lack the extra cleanliness (the carpet under the bed was extra dirty). The room and washroom could be modernize to give it more a clean look. It was difficult to find an outlet to plug in any of our devices so that was inconvenient. Our safe didn’t work so called in staff and the they did come to our room and said he tried a few things and said something and left without it being fixed. If you are used to having face towels or floor towel, don’t expect any as there wasn’t any. The door to the room was not very good as you could hear the outside noise. The cleaning crew rang our bell at 8am which me and my family were still sleeping. Can’t believe it I guess the positives are its cheap and included buffet and the variety of local Vietnamese food but I wouldn’t stay here again

広く快適な部屋でした シーツが少し古びていましたが、清潔でした。 ローカルなエリアです。 ご飯やさんもあります。 海には行けません。 朝ごはんはイマイチですね

Rooms are ok, the hotel is very good

Location is very good (center of the town), breakfasts are perfect: much choice and tasty. Our room was on the 3rd or 4th floor, but they brought our baggage to the room, so it was not a problem. The room was ok

Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte

Das Hotel ansich war modern und sauber, nur hat unser Raum einen widerlichen Gestank gehabt, den wir zum Glück nur eine Nacht ertragen mussten. Das Frühstück morgens war unser erstes Buffet auf unserer Reise durch Vietnam und ist eher nicht so unser Fall gewesen.

The hotel is very excellent for the price of the room rate. Close to the beach and every thing else. Friendly staff and are very help full.

Average Hotel located nearby most places!

We've stayed there in two separate times for our trip. The first time we've stayed they we really had an excellent experience. The staff were very kind & helpful, they got all of our needs met in whatever way we've requested. The room was very nice & it had a good view. We returned for the second time because we were very happy with our first stayed. But we did not have a good experience for the second stayed. The room they put us in initially was old & the bathroom towels were very old & dirty. We've requested for the towels to be change to a cleaner one but they failed to respond to our request. We were not happy so we requested to be moved to a different room for a better & cleaner towels. The staff at that moment they knew we were very upset, so they've apologized & were happy to moved us to a nicer room to meet our needs. At first they thought we were the tourists people from local or domestic, not a foreign tourists so they did not treat us very nicely. Once they knew that we were the foreigner tourists then they've changed their attitude. Let us just say this, the staff valued the foreigner tourists more than they valued their own tourists people. I'd recommend all their staff to be retrained for a better customer service so they will be treating every tourists equally.

Enjoyable Overnight Stay

A hotel with all the facilities you could need, located right on the sea and within walking distance of all sorts of attractions including the "Dragon Bridge" The room was nice and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next visit.

The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the beach, the room is very clean and we can see very good sea view. There are always taxis near the hotel. Foods are also good, we like it very much. The hotel restaurant is on the first floor and we can always enjoy the breakfast here with soft sea wind. That is comfortable. It's a little far from street food stalls or other restaurants.
