"The pillows looked like they someone had just been laying on them, the bedding looked "clean" but doubt it was. We had to wipe the chair off and there was a brown substance that came off the chair on the rag. The hand towels and shower towels were stained, again doubt they were actually clean. The room was a smoking allowed as it was the only one they had left but it smelled way worse than a smoking room should. I will be asking for a refund as the description, pictures, and cleanliness did not...

"The motel is a bit outdated. The carpet is old. The air conditioner was old. The bathroom could use a remodel. However, this is a Super 8 rifgt off the interstate and not the Ritz-Carlton. The mattresses and sheets were new. The towels were clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. There's a desk with chair and an extra recliner chair in the room. The flat screen TV works. There is a breakfast that consists of coffee, juice, and danishes. There is ample parking. We also never felt...

"Too noisy ..plus woke up and our room was rite next to stairwell...and this guy was passed out underneath the stairs totally scared my daughter on our way to breakfast...which was also nonexistent...and our ac unit was so loud you coukd not hear the tv!!! Over all 👎"

"The hotel was very nasty. I requested two beds, they didn’t have them went in the first room. The first room hadn’t been clean. The curtains were nasty. The covers were nasty. They put me in another room. The covers were nasty where they keep the towels at that had mold, and the towels were not clean. The floors were dirty. It’s a straight trap motel. I would not recommend anyone stay here unless you’re on drugs."

"Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Motel 6 in Chattanooga. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained from the moment I walked in. The staff delivered excellent customer service — friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were exactly what I expected. The location made it easy to get around the city, and parking was simple. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return on my next trip...

"Really quiet place good area lots of restaurants malls near by. Best a/c i seen in hotels cold and blows lots of air same with the shower good pressure nice its hard to find this in hotels we stay 2 nights ."

"I would not recommend staying here due to the location of the property. A lot of sketchy people stay at this motel. The rooms were not clean the floor was not mopped the only thing I noticed decent was that the bed was made. The owners or staff are very short and unfriendly."

"Nasty. Everything smells like pee and smoke. sent to a used room then changed to a stained and smelly room. Feels unsafe. Honestly feels like a crack den."
