"they should explain at check in they only clean your room if asked. i stayed three days and the room was never cleaned. first time i see this police in 63 years of travel!"

"The room was great, the facilities in good shape. Checkin was ok. Mostly mechanical checkin no personal touch. It turns out the hotel does not provide internet access to their guests. One has to join the h-rewards club to get access. There is also the option to get an access code, theoretically at least. I asked at the reception and the not so helpful receptionist told me that i have to join that club to get internet and mentioned a 'same rule for everyone' rule that wasn't helpful."

"Check in was very slow as not many desks. The room was lovely, the bar was very nice and had a big screen and seating area to watch World Cup games. The room had air con which was lifesaver in the heat. The location was amazing, right by the DDR museum, museum island, close to train/underground stations, shops, cafes and bars. Small warning- the still water at the bar restaurant is 9€!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hampton by Hilton Berlin City Centre Alexanderplatz. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Berlin and access public transportation. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed during our visit. The air conditioning worked well, which was appreciated after long days of sightseeing around the city. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a convenient location and a great breakfast while visiting Berlin."
