Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, with amazing spa.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost. How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far

Great overnight stay with very polite & helpful bus drivers. Room, albeit small, was very clean & cool with air purifier. Breakfast was fantastic. Pity we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it.

This was my last stop in Tokyo. I was flying out early, so this seemed to be the most convenient hotel. Unfortunately, I arrived later than planned. This was my fault, amongst other things, I didn't realise there were two KEIKYU EX INN's close to one another. This is not the one near ZEPP HANEDA. They have a bus that takes you to the airport which was wonderful. For what I needed, this hotel was perfect. Definitely worth it if you need to be at the airport early.

Room was clean, staff were helpful and free amenities was a nice touch

Very clean and welcoming hotel, great location just 1 station away from the JR line!

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay, no complaints. The balcony view was beautiful.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆 The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep. This is an eco aware hotel, so you dont get a daily room clean (I believe the room will be...

Close to the Tokyo Garden Theather

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

Excellent place to stay, easy to check in and out
