"Very close to the beach . This hotel is on the Main Street of by port Douglas at the beach end . The staff were helpful and excellent . In the foyer area they have beach chairs umbrellas towels and everything you need to use on the beach . The hotel also has a shower outside to wash off beach sand as well they have a well kept pool "

"Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "

"This is our second time in a swim out room and we love it. The pool access is a bonus, proximity to town, the marina and the beach is also a plus for us. Easy to walk everywhere means we didn’t need a car for the time we were there."

"Absolutely loved staying at Hibiscus. The property was lovely and quiet. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Check in after hours was smooth and all staff were very friendly and helpful. It’d definitely stay there again. "

Studio apt on 2nd floor overlooking pool and beautiful tropical garden, clean comfortable and well decked out.Facilities excellent… 2 beautiful pools, good bbq area at each, laundry if needed. "What a little slice of paradise Pool Resort is! We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay - leaving was so hard! The pool itself is stunning, the rooms are extremely well appointed and Brigid and Heather are just the most welcoming and lovely hosts. Can’t recommend this place more highly. It’s a little way out of the town centre, but the reliable local shuttles get you anywhere you need to go within the town. Perfect stay! "

"Amazing property! Everyone was so lovely. Shannon was very informative and shared amazing knowledge of recommendations to do in Port Douglas. Lovely customer service. Prices affordable. Room was tidy snd clean. Parking in the hotel property was very narrowed and difficult to park, this was the only downside. However overall experience was excellent and enjoyable"
