"Staff were great, I asked for our room to be changed to the top floor and was delighted when this was changed for us. We had the same room we have stayed in 3 times before.
The bins had not been emptied but staff had housekeeping attend to this for us without fuss. We also had the aircon dropping water which was fixed very promptly. "
