"The staff! All of them! At the front desk, the restaurant and The Churchill! Absolutely incredible team. Felt so welcomed by all. The bed is lush, the pillows amazing! Room a bit smaller than anticipated but for the price was great value. Only downside is the soundproofing and heavy doors slamming when people came in and out of rooms."

"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉"

"The location for our short trip was prefect. The staff was so helpful and kind. The free breakfast was amazing. We also loved the amenities in the room, the free coffee maker, included milk in the fridge, free waters, and free laundry was so helpful. The restaurant was really nice too. "The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Queen Street, skytower the waterfront. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower could do with a little more water pressure and there were a few broken tiles that need replacing but other than that thr room was great. We had dinner amd breakfast at the restaurant and both were very tasty and enjoyable."
