"Stayed here for a quick overnight before an early flight, and most things were genuinely fantastic. The hotel itself feels modern and comfortable—rooms are spacious, quiet (despite being right near the airport), and well-equipped. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to the domestic terminal. Parking starts free for the first hour, which is handy for quick drop-offs or pick-ups, but after that it gets quite expensive (around $40/night from what I’ve seen elsewhere). The shuttle bus to...

"The room was comfortable and well maintained. The building is an older building but the maintenance is mostly on point. The stair wells and corridors need a bit of a clean up. The parking is minimal but kept tidy. The use of the bag lift is useful for upper floor guests. Great location with the bowls club and cafes near by and close proximity to race course and airports. "

"Staff were wonderful! Pub is great! Room is clean and livable, but for the life of me i cannot figure out where the mosquitos are getting in. All widows were closed, and we had 30+ mosquitos in our room (and some cute baby geckos). While i understand its queensland and these things happen, they just keep coming! We had room 3. Besides the mossies and the baby gecko guests we had a great stay. "

"Great after hours checkin system - painless! Room very comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport. Instructions very easy to follow. No face to face contact but friendly phone manner. I would mark down for not having a ramp to get to the lift from reception as it is one step down. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "
