"I expected a bit better for the price and for the brand. Overall quite worn, dirty carpets, moldy molding, leaky toilet floor… it just wasn’t up to par with the Pullman brand and left me feeling like the lobby is what they focus on and not the rest of the hotel upkeep. Most of the pumps in the bathroom did not work, they tried fixing but they didn’t work and it left a lot to be desired for the price point. The staff were really lovely, the food was fantastic, but seems like they’ve had a hard time keeping up the rooms and the quality in-room."
