"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL — SCAM ALERT I made a confirmed, non-refundable booking for my wife through Hotels.com and paid in full online. When she arrived at Bi Hotel Sarl in Dakar, they refused to let her check in and told her they don’t accept online payments — only cash. This is completely dishonest. Why list your hotel on a major platform if you won’t honor online bookings? They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help....
