"Disorganized check in. In spite of making reservations in mid May and phoning to confirm before arrival, we were told there was no room available. A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed "

It took a long time to get a tea or coffee, spoons had run out and staff seemed generally overwhelmed. Some parts of the hotel seemed run down. Some of the reception staff were good but some were rude. Some of the bar and breakfast staff were good and some didn't seem to know what they were doing. There were a lot of poeple begging in the hotel...
