Front desk gentleman that checked us out was delightful. Very friendly service, they all were. Thanks for the great stay.

Staff was helpful and kind, room was nicely set up with comfortable bed and a huge bath tub with jets! The nice thing about Dalhousie is that almost everything is within walking distance and this Days Inn is pretty much centre. Only note is that the bath tub did have some hair on the jet but was an easy fix. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy to check in and out. Staff was friendly. Room was really clean and comfortable beds.

The front desk staff was the best ever. Jason i believe his name was, was so friendly and funny. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the ahower doesnt have great pressure but the room was clean.

Stopped here on the way to Baie Comeau and on the way back. Beds were comfy, price was good. Staff was nice. Very quiet, not a lot of people staying which is unfortunate as this is a gem of a hotel.

Nice hotel in a small town. Clean and tidy inside. good value for money. Front desk man was too talkative and too opinionated and made us uncomfortable. Outside of hotel needs attention. Cracked pavement and wearing paint, looks tired.

Every time I have stayed at this property, and no matter what room, there was always domething not working. This time, it was the TV and out of shampoo in the dispenser.

Hi Lynn I truly apologize for the issues you had with your room during your stay. The Tv can be a little tricky to get started im not sure if the issue was resolved or not. The Shampoo dispensers a something new for us so we are not sure when to change the bottles as theres still a bit left in the bottle but we started to noticed when they need to be changed.Again i apologize for the troubles you had with your room.

I reserved with Expedia 2 1/2 week before the date. Couple of days before my reservation. The hotel contacted me and told me to cancel my reservation because no more room. Luckily a friend of mine cancel that room so I took his. Wifi sucked, disconnected on his own. The pillows was hard as rock.

Gloomy but clean and safe. Friendly staff. Bathtub water control knob was broken. Staff people were very nice

This is the only hotel in dalhousie so,its being used because of necessitie. Clean but really needs to be updated,, Restaurant closed.

Thank you for your feedback, we are slowly starting to update the property, we just recently changed all the old door locks to new RFID locks, and soon the carpets will be removed also.

We booked because breakfast was expected. We were told to go down the street and we had to pay additional. The restaurant didn't open early enough to accommodate us. Very disappointing.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were spacious however the beds were a little too soft. Rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was nice room was clean, in the room i was in i had difficulties to get cold water but the grocery store is 30 seconds walk away
