"Great location and great service."

"I stayed in Dallas for one night and wish it was longer. The property was incredible with views of the city you’d pay to visit. Rooms are massive and it had everything I could possibly need for a whole weeks stay. Met one staff member who was friendly and helped me. Once you understand the entry system and codes, it is very convenient. Great location for downtown. Standard of room very high too. I would certainly stay there again if back in Dallas."

"The hotel was located in a great area. Our room was so quiet, we heard nothing from the road or other rooms. The bed was comfy, pillows were ok, I prefer feather over foam. We had small issues with charging functionality on the bedside tables that weren’t resolved. So we used a power strip from the floor. "This overnight stay was wonderful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds with accommodation for people with mobility issues. The room was easy to get around, comfortable, clean and they provided plenty of towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. This was beneficial since I was sharing the room with a friend. We ate at the casual restaurant and enjoyed our meal. If you are using the valet allow at least 30 minutes for them to bring your car to the front."
