"I booked at this location because it was close to Texas Health Hospital, where my husband was having surgery the next morning. Our room was located on the 7th floor facing Interstate Highway 75. It should have been a clue when I noticed the free earplugs on the nightstand. Very loud traffic noises all night. I even used the earplugs, but they were not much help. The bed was way to firm for my liking. The hotel is older and it smelled musty in our room. I sure glad I didn't have to stay another...

"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...
