Hotel looks worn out! And it’s obvious that there isn’t extra care given to the facility. Small example is the dead plants and empty planters at the front entrance. It’s not inviting at all. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Irving Dfw Airport North by IHG
Pick up at the airport was frustrating. Waited 20-30 minutes for shuttle then we left the airport and returned to pick up more people. This happened 4 times and it took one hour to get to the hotel 2.5 miles away. Corridors carpet smelled . Room cleaned was average.
