"Stayed here after a canceled flight. Shampoo bottle did not dispense, hot tub was not heated or resolved after overnight hours. Beds are only doubles (for 3 adults). No property ammenities cities such as coffee. Would never go back or recommend"

"Significant Service Failures - Not What You'd Expect from Marriott
I booked multiple rooms to host out-of-town guests for the weekend. What followed was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had in years of global travel as a Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite member.
Three significant failures:
1. Repeated key card failures - Guest room keys stopped working multiple times throughout the stay, leaving guests stranded outside their rooms for over an hour each time awaiting resolution....
