There were only two beds in the room. There was no dresser, no table no chairs and a basic bathroom no extra blanket blankets.

The pool was gross with a film covering it. The mattress was very thin. Everyone’s back hurt after sleeping on them. I felt every spring poking me in the mattress. The televisions didn’t work in the room my son was in, hotel staff moved my son to a different room and the television still didn’t work. The breakfast consisted of pop tarts and muffins.

The photos of the property are not accurate. They put us in a room that was supposed to be an upgrade and we were told we had to move to a regular room the next day. If that was an upgrade we were afraid to see what the regular room looked like. The shower drain was clogged and i took a shower standing in funky water. The pool was green and unswimable and the elevator door closed so fast it almost took my leg off. It was so bad that we stayed one night and didn't go back to change rooms and we will NEVER EVER be back!!!

La recepción olía mal todo el tiempo, no limpian el cuarto a diario no funciona el Laundry, decía desayuno incluido y solo te dan un mini cup cake y una botella de agua, la piscina no tiene sillas reclinables como en las fotos, no tiene sombrilla, en el baño salía uno animales negros como de susiedad, no tiene ninguna tienda como de cosas para comprar de primera necesidad. El conclusión no lo recomendaría y jamás volvería, horrible hotel

The customer service was good and the airport shuttle was great. However, none of the carpet in my room had been vacuumed (there were food crumbs and drywall shavings all over), the TV didn't work at all, and the shower wasn't clean. I still crashed out of travel exhaustion, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The check in was simple and quick. The front staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms look older and in need of an overhaul. For an overnight stay is a good choice.

The juice machine downstairs needs to be fixed. The apple juice and orange in the machine in the lobby tastes like water, and it's been this way for a while!

If I could give 0 stars I would! We had a 4 night stay, they did not bring us any new towels even tho we asked, guy that works the night shift is rude, bugs by the elevator, the room stunk I felt uncomfortable to even take my clothes off for bed. It was a last minute hotel due to them having late check in because our flight was delayed. They charged me an extra 125 and I had to go talk to them to remove it, if you can avoid this place please do. Pay a bit more if you can.

Property wasn’t too bad. Shuttle picked us up from the airport with in 10 min of arrival. We have an early flight at 3:30am. They were ready when we went to lobby. Room was okay needs updates but it was clean. Staff friendly and nice.

Checking in was unusually complicated. Because I had pre-checked in online I was told I had to complete the check in process remotely using a video link machine right next to the guy who was stood there who was totally uninterested in providing any kind of customer service. Communication with the video link was unnecessary and frustrating. Also the reception area smelt of toilet cleaning products and was bland and uninviting. The room was functional.

The lobby and the room smelled of sewage and stale water. The so-called breakfast was a bag with a granola bar and a mini muffin. The juice for breakfast was watered down. There was limited dining connected to the hotel. Employee children were playing on the second floor while the employees cleaned some of the rooms. There was broken furniture at the second floor landing. It appeared as though someone was living under the stairs.

Nightmare check-in process with a random man from another country on a screen. Get to the room and the light stitch is covered in dirt, there is a rusty razor blazer on our sink, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and couldn’t be used. When presented photos to the front desk they acted as thought they didn’t care
