Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown
The building is stunning and the check-in process easy. I was on business and needed to get some work done but the WiFi was not working in my room and the staff's response was essentially "you can use the lounge or try a coffee shop" instead of addressing or, more importantly, solving the issue.

Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown by IHG
The air conditioning in our room did not work well. It never once got cold in there. The staff was rude. And they charged more than what hotels.com said it would be.
