"The staff was excellent, they greeted you when leaving and returning to the hotel! The rooms were clean. The Monkey Bar rooftop was a nice attraction with amazing views, tasty snacks and beverages! Definitely will return next year for the Redeemed Women’s Annual Event!!!"

"Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast, dinner, and bar were very good (2 free drinks and free snacks at happy hour). The only downside was that I had trouble logging on to their wi-fi and had to use my phone as a hot spot the first night. I hope I do not get an extra charge in my next phone bill. The next morning I told the front desk about this, and they gave me an access code that made it work. They should offer that to all guests upon check-in."

"Parking lot in from of the SER tower, there were people smoking marijuana. Jade Waters waterpark is disgusting. There was a child that threw up and the parent told staff and staff did not remove people from the water and did not clean it up. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it now anyone. "

"Staff was very kind. Upon initial check in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. I went down again and was granted a room request on the 1st floor after discovering how slow the elevator ran. Overall, it’s an old property and it shows. There was mildew in the base of the shower and a cockroach in the bathroom. Snack area was very poorly stocked. Thankfully, we were in the room a very short time; bed was comfy and AC worked well. "

"The hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, despite being placed in the bonvoy “quiet zone”, we had a dog in the room next to us who barked constantly all morning and late afternoon while we were in our room. Dogs should be placed as far away from other guests as possible to not bother anyone. Otherwise, again, the staff was great."
