"Hotel was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. The pool area well maintained and looked after. Staff were all friendly. We stayed over the world cup and we enjoyed watching the games in the new sports bar on the very big screens. 5 minute walk from dallas train and tram station."

"Came out with bed bug bites, room smelled like cigarettes, he asked if I wanted a non smoking room. I could just imagine how the smoking room smelled. False advertisement. Please save your self a headache and pay a little more for something else"
