"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

"This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again."

"The staff was helpful, cordial and professional. The room was basically clean however the sheets smell overly bleached, the carpets in the hallway stained and musty. The snacks were empty and very limited. The card system for the room malfunctioned several times. That’s why we rate this hotel a 3"

"The added “resort fee” billing was unnecessarily confusing. Compared to surrounding venues, drinks their bar were overpriced."

We loved the amenities and the fact that there was so much to do on the hotel grounds. The food, delicious especially the breakfast. Shout out to Veronica Mendoza the hostess at Media!!!"

"BOI at the front desk kicked off the wonderful stay at the Fairmont hotel! Staff was amazing and the Rose 31 lotions and bath shampoo/conditioner/gel is worth another visit for just that. Price was steep for valet, but we parked 2 blocks away at self parking for half the cost. Can't wait to come back!"
