We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel. Apartment2home was fabulous. Only problem was that there were a lot of steps to get up and down from the apartment and not lighted enough. Host was wonderful and very accommodating. "When we booked we requested a first floor room because of a disability. The evening before we were to check in we got a message that we were booked on the top floor. I left 2 or 3 messages asking for more information and reminding them of the disability but by noon, when I hadn’t received any response and had no way to determine whether or not there was a way to make it work, we booked a different location that was able to accommodate our needs. "Lovely apartment with pool view and terrace. Very clean. Fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views, clean pool. Has everything you need. Great location - Cavtat & Dubrovnik old town only 10/15 mins drive. Small supermarket opposite and a couple of restaurants within walking distance (one also opposite). Lidl and a small shopping centre just 10 mins drive away. Buses stop just outside if you don’t drive or owner will happily provide a taxi service which is slightly cheaper...
