"Carlos picked us up from the ferry in Hvar and drove us to the apartment. He carried our luggage to our 2nd floor apartment which was big, clean, cool with two balconies. We were given great recommendations and Carlos was so friendly and genuinely nice. We walked every morning and back each evening from the main promenade. Maybe 15 minutes but well worth it. "The property was clean and within walking distance to a very nice beach, not too touristy. The town itself is quaint and it's a 40 minute drive to Split. 12 minute drive to Trogir which was a beautiful little town which we found to be even more interesting than Split but less crowded."
