Rooms were clean and spacious staff were excellent couldn't do enough for you staff in the surfers and eka in the java coffee shop were excellent will definitely be coming back

Honestly the only good thing about Hard Rock is the pool area. Kids loved that as they would any pool. The rest is outdated. The entire set up and trek to get to breakfast/pool/outside is a mission in itself. Do not rate the place for the money spent

The best part of staying at the “express” is that the resort is right next door and we could go to the amazing spa and restaurant and consult the concierge. It felt like a very safe clean hotel at a very reasonable price near everything you could want.
