"After we checked in, my girlfriend and I found the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was promptly replaced and things were back in order. The bed could’ve had a thicker mattress and the room didn’t have a tv, otherwise we were pleased with the room. We enjoyed the delicious room service meal during our evening, and the grounds and beach were very nice and clean."

"The pool and restaurant staff are great and the food is top notch...the rooms are gross...huge dust bunnys...black stains on the walls...no hot water because the vent fan doesn't work...looks great on the outside but nasty nasty nasty on the inside...I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs."

"Ok the staff including everyone, hotel staff and security were AWESOME!! The pool was great and the cold vanilla lattes were spot on. There were a lot of water activities but we didn’t do any because we were too busy going on outings. The property needs a proper road, if you go here you’ll understand but by no means does it take away from the stay. Dinning in is not so good, menu is limited and breakfast was very limited and cold. Room was huge and gorgeous with a ginormous bath tub for four...

"Staff was very helpful. Food was good. On the weekend it was definitely a locals resort with about 10% foreign. Once Monday came, resort was nearly empty. Had the place mostly to ourselves. The beach looked great in the pictures but not very useable. Pool was nice. It’s just wore out but the nice staff makes up for a lot of it."
