"The room at Suburban Studios was very clean and seemed fairly recently painted. It had a full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, and sink in the kitchen area. The exterior of the building was under renovation at the time. Despite the clean room, I would not stay here again. I didn’t feel safe. There was one arrest, ambulance and fire truck at 3 am, loud banging on my door telling me I need to move my car for the painters - wasn’t my car that needed to be moved, strangers outside of my door at 1 am one night, the smell of weed one day, people hanging outside at 11 pm, etc."

"The staff is amazing. The building does have a strong smell of a college dorm and like a teenager with too much cologne. However, scent aside it had everything I needed and was quick and easy. "

"The room was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, there were water leaks in the bathroom and the sink! The air conditioner was dirty and piece of broken plexiglass were all over it! This was an econo lodge once we got there! Breakfast was basically a waffle or nothing! The juice machine was broken! Just not what was pictured or described at all!!!"

"Location was easy to get to. The staff was very nice. The breakfast had a nice variety and was good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. "

"There was blood all on my sheets, sunflower seeds all over the floor, feces in the toilet, and the shower was filthy. When I went to report this to the staff they canceled my reservation and told me to find somewhere else to stay, and refused to refund me for the 2 rooms I paid for to stay in for 2 nights."
