"This is a great hotel. Clean, nice apartment style rooms with a ktichen, solid gym, washer/dryer. Very nice bar/lounge and breakfast too. Good location across from the mall and easy on/off to Mass Pike."

"I liked the amenities and complimentary water and coffee. It was very helpful they had an in-house restaurant and bar for tired travelers. Plenty of lounge space with nice natural lighting. The general areas were clean and my room service (cleaning) was a nice touch. Also, maintenance was helpful with a room issue. Front Desk was friendly. They seemed a bit busy at times and overwhelmed. My first room didn’t work out as it had a bad stench which didn’t give me a good feeling at first...

"The saying "you get what you for" applies here. Because the only thing that negated this overnight visit was an odor. Possibly smoke. I then woke up in the morning needing to cough and air out the room, so the distinct smell was less profound. Another observation was the tub. I can tell that it has been used quite a bit. A replacement is likely needed in the near future. Besides these two things no other issues. Semi recent renovation that makes justifies the price."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"I found 2 beetle like insects crawling in room, one in bathroom and other near the bed. Killed then and didnt report it to staff. Room was very cold,high 60's. When i Switched HVAC to heat and raised temp to 72 there was a minimal adjustment. Still cold when I woke."

"no staff at all on site, left my room key in a envelope by the front door. bed was saggy, air conditioner was a window unit in the bathroom so the bedroom was hot. Bed and Breakfast, but all that was offered for breakfast was do it yourself, In your room, oatmeal, but there were no bowls. lawn was overgrown not at all inviting. very wierd and kinda creepy. No horses at the inn at horse farm, might think about renaming"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had a positive experience. They recently replaced the heating/AC units and they’re having some issues with that but I’m confident that they will be resolved. They were very responsive to my issue in my room and move me to another room."

"Room was nasty. Paint and plaster peeling from ceiling, mold. Sticky floor and mold smell. Bugs crawling around wall and bathroom. I immediately made a new reservation in person at Hampton Inn in Westborough and returned key to Red Roof. If I could give a ZERO rating I would."

"I thought the hotel had a pool and free hot breakfast it does not . And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days ."
