"I am extremely disappointed with our stay and nobody from management reached out during this time or after. During our stay the elevator (one elevator because the other is not operational) kept going down and I was with my physically handicapped child and no one reached out to see if we were ok. My daughter kept having to climb 4 flights of stairs in pain. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and wears full leg braces to assist her walking and has pins and plates in both her knees which makes stairs...

"The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...

"Our room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The A/C in the room was on when we arrived I turned it to a lower temp that we were comfortable with. When I was finished with my shower the room was at the lower temperature. The staff that we came in touch with were amazing. Kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. It is located right off the interstate so travel was easy. Both breakfast and dinner were included in the stay, The morning breakfast offered wide variety of food each day. Dinner had fewer options but was good quality food. Room (2 queens) was modern but a bit small. Bathroom was modern and clean. Kids enjoyed their time at the pool and hot tub. Pool towels were provided. Overall we had a great time. Would stay in Drury hotel again."
