"Our trip started with a beautiful greeting at the front door and a quick and easy check-in whisking us up to our room with our belongings. The room was beautiful and well prepared as well as extremely clean. We were excited to use the pool and found that all the amenities within the location were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff are really what make this place, from the gal who was vacuuming the rugs to the managers. Everyone in between is so kind and courteous. Lots of options for food and the hotel itself. Had support for vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast! Definitely going to stay here again though I'm not sure I can get my kids out of here right now! I also have a mostly invisible disability and everyone has been very kind in caring even with that situation."

"Stay was very nice other than the smoking area. Didn’t enjoy having to walk through cigarette smoke right beside the front door. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking convenient."

"This is an older property but relatively well taken care of, but it is dated and due for a renovation. Great view of the Georgian Bay."

"The room definitely needs a deep cleaning. I cleaned the shower myself to remove some of the mold. I also removed a lot of mold from the bottom of the patio doors. Upon arrival I received a text telling me to respond if I needed anything. The body wash was empty and I requested more towels (I stayed 2 nights) but there was no response. The in room jacuzzi was amazing and the staff were friendly. "
