"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator."

"This hotel is a beautiful historic building that was renovated into a very nice residence inn. We stayed in a single suite with our two kids. It was so nice to have a full kitchen, and two separate spaces for the adults and kids. The staff was great and so was the free breakfast. Definitely recommend."

"The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive."

"Loved the idea of the rooftop bar, unfortunately we were not able to experience it due to the dress code. Valet guys were AMAZING!!!"

"Saturday night, some children arrived very late and were running up an down the halls very noisily. I'm not sure whose responsibility it is to stop them. They knocked on my door; I woke up and had trouble getting back to sleep."

"We had a suite with two king beds and a pullout couch and kitchenette. It was so nice and roomy. The staff was fantastic. The location was perfect… And free breakfast!"

"The staff were so friendly! Every single person we encountered was awesome. The location can’t be beat, walking distance to everything. The room was clean and well stocked. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order since our group was a sports team and we purposely sought out a hotel that had one. The $32 per night parking was also an unwelcome surprise that I feel should be clear upfront . Otherwise it was a great stay!"
