"Location was lovely. Cute square just outside the building with lots of bars and cafes. They all close by midnight, so the noise is not an issue. A short walk to the city centre. Staff was wonderful. Metro station directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are slightly tired, but clean. Some minor repairs to walls, flooring and fixtures would refresh the property."

"Great location with very friendly and welcoming staff. There’s an excellent coffee shop right in the building, which is a nice bonus. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the surrounding area feels safe. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. "Het is een prima plek om te verblijven. Goede locatie. Het metrostation ligt direct voor het appartement. Het enige minpuntje vond ik dat het appartement niet dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt. Bovendien werd me na een verblijf van 8 dagen gevraagd om mijn uitchecktijd iets te verlengen, waarvoor €50 in rekening werd gebracht."

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. You can tell that a lot of thought, effort, and attention to detail went into the concept and design. I always appreciate small boutique-style apartment hotels with only a few rooms and a unique character, and this place truly stands out.
The host personally welcomed us around midnight and gave us a very warm reception. He showed us around the property and even explained everything as well how to use the record...

"El hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación es perfecta para una familia con niños. El desayuno no es una locura pero es lo suficientemente variado. Hay agua a disposición de los clientes. Estamos satisfechos con el hotel. El único pero es tener que pagar por la consigna de las maletas pero también es verdad que quedan en un locker cerrado por ti y con tu contraseña por lo que es muy seguro."

"Very disappointing stay. I stayed for 3 days and had to request housekeeping just once, simply to have the room cleaned. Even then, the sheets were not changed. For the price and standard expected from a hotel, the level of cleanliness and housekeeping was really poor. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not a place I would recommend."
