"Het is een modern hotel met grote kamers en veel voorzieningen. We werden goed ontvangen bij de receptie en goed verder geholpen. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Voor het diner was er een kleine keuze uit eenvoudige gerechten. Er waren uitgebreide wellness voorzieningen. Parkeren was geen probleem in de parkeergarage. Ik kon er mijn elektrische auto opladen maar wel tegen een hoog tarief."

"Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay."

"We showed up to the hotel under construction and rooms with no AC. Finding staff was a nightmare, towards the night we found out that whoever was there that night quit and left the entire hotel unattended. She also left the keys to the hotel out in the open for anyone to grab with a note that read "free" after that we felt unsafe and distraught. Would not come back"
