"The location was very convenient. Amenities in the rooms, even more premium rooms, were rather basic. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities, for instance. A decent amount of space though."

"First off , full marks for location! It is only a few min walk from karlplatz Ubahn station and closer to many attractions. Plus it is close to many restaurants and cafes - including McDonald and Starbucks in karlplatz station as well as a smaller supermarket. So staying on budget without much effort is possible. Rooms were a bit smallish but when you are in Vienna, you are not in room that much !"

"It was very centralized and easy to travel from. Our concern was we have seen several mice at the patio seating during our stay of 4 days. They kept walking several of them at all times, when we sat outside. Also the waiter for the bar and restaurant was extremely rude and unkind.front desk staff Ahmed, Batuhan was extremely helpful and professional ! Also it’s a lot of noise the ambulance sirens are almost every hour 24 hours! And a lot of shady people around the hotel!"

"A beautiful old building with high ceilings located very near the Rathaus and Museumsquartier. There are plenty of useful shops and restaurants nearby as well as trans and trains. The staff were excellent and helpful. There is a quirky glass shower in the middle of the room so the room isn’t suitable for sharing with someone you are not intimate with but otherwise it is a very good hotel. "No frills business hotel very close to the VIC. Great views of the Danube and easy transit access to the historic center and the airport bus. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not cheap but the staff is great. If you’re arriving by taxi, you must go to the Melia hotel for drop off and walk over (easy) there’s no place to drive up. I ended up in a car par underneath the hotel at 10pm—not dangerous but also not fun after a long flight. "
