At just 10 years old this property has not been well maintained and showed signs of aging. The bed was comforatble and the food was pretty good but I would not stay here again. It needs a serious upgrade.

Booked this room for two twin bed mixed group. Bathroom area is divided by frosted glass so it does not leave privacy for mixed group. Would not recommend for mixed group. Other than that hotel was good. Breakfast was at an additional fee, did not purchase.

The hotel has a nice location, is clean, and quiet. However, check-in was slow, and our extension request was mishandled—despite being promised two extra days, we were informed the next morning that no rooms were available.

This is an excellent hotel in every way. Its is a good city location. ALL the staff are very professional and friendly and help you with every need that you have. The rooms are very spacious, spotless and have every creature comfort like air con, tv, very good shower and a comfy bed. The lounge and terrace areas are fabulous and great for relaxing or working. The pool is very refreshing. The food and beverages are excellent and well priced. Generally is wonderful value for money and I will go back there every time. Thank you

Situated nicely around the main city center Hotel staff was brilliant but some improvements needed. Safe in room was not working, cleaning staff takes away towels without replacing them and air conditioning in the gym wasn’t working one morning

Staff was very accommodating and welcoming, in particular the Dining F&B Manager, Juma in Security, and the housekeeping staff. The location is amazing, you're near the convention center, the seawall, The Ferry. Casino, lots of shops. The only downside of the hotel is that rooms could use a deep cleaning and I wish wi dows would open, I was granted special permission to open my windows due to my asthma and I greatly appreciate it. This hotel is great value for the money. Restauran and outdoor roof area is so fun.
