"This is our second visit to this hotel and we will return next time we are in Chester. The location with the Park & Ride next door is very handy for visiting the city. The large on site parking is ideal. Food purchased was very good. The pool of course is a bonus. All members of staff we met from the receptionists to the room attendants were friendly and professional. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room."

"Always love a visit to The Lowry, beautiful comfy rooms and great staff. However it’s a shame that if you want to park your car the discounted car park rate is only available to guests who have booked direct with the hotel."
