"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. It is close to the metro."

"Very clean and comfortable in a good location, walking distance to Jean Mace station"

"This is a very nice property. Some rooms are on the small side but bathrooms big. High end finish. We were in 147 once and it had a few stairs inside the room and it was very small. We also had 225 and it was bigger with no stairs. There were a couple of mtce issues in my room but they were fixed within 2 hours. "Conveniently located right by the train station. Pro. Tip: you can walk through the mall to get to the hotel rather than going around the mall as Google tried to tell me to do. Service in the restaurant bar was pretty slow, but you're surrounded by plenty of other options."

"Wifi was dropping out constantly couldn't watch Netflix etc in the room The room itself was comfortable and clean. What really led me to drop the rating was that I asked the fromy desk to get me a taxi to the train station, a car arrived drove me 21 minutes to the train station then charged me 50 euros! I asked them to book me a taxi not a private driver it should have cost me 20 euros. Very unhappy about the experience."

"We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great."
