"This property was very disappointing. When we first got to the room the door was extremely heavy and automatically closed. More on that in a moment. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. My husband recognized, early on, that soap was missing in the shower. We were able to catch a couple ladies from housekeeping and they provided a container of soap. However when one lady started to place it on the holder, she discovered that the holder was broken, so we couldn't use the liquid soap. One of the 2 ladies then noticed that we had no dirty laundry bag, so they provided that.
We realized that the room was a handicap-accessible room, especially when we took showers. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. I threw down a hand towel to use as a bathmat. We only had 1 other hand towel. I wore flip flops and still slid in the bathroom. The water situation, added to the heavy door, would, in my opinion, be disastrous for someone who is handicapped.
It would have also been nice to have had additional bathing items, like towels, bathmat and washclothes. We had none of the latter.
Like I stated, I was very disappointed in the Hilton corporation. I expected much more."
