The room was comfortable and sufficient. The guy at late night check in was polite and efficient. Breakfast and the breakfast manager were the real disappointment. My family and I ate between 7:45-8:15 and we came into the dining room to hear a customer and the breakfast manager in a heated discussion with the customer asking for a manager to be called. We tried to walk on by and pretend not to notice or be bothered by the obvious and loud interaction. The customer left and nothing was done on the part of the staff. Breakfast itself was sparse. When we asked about fruit we were told they are out but expect more later today. There was no milk, only a pitcher labeled “Half and Half” that the lady insisted was milk, but it was obviously half and half. She made no apologies for the lack of food (also out of yogurt, oats, all fruit), just said she had been off three days and sort of complained that no one reorders food except her. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we were ok, but we avoided complaining just to hurry out of there.
