There was nothing to put our suitcase on and in the bathroom no hook to hang anything on. But it was clean and quiet. Dinner and breakfast were OK though orange juice was disappointingly watery. The restaurant manager was good but junior staff were inexperienced. "

"There were three positives of Novotel - the powerful shower head, iron & ironing board, and the size of the room. The downsides considering the room doesn't come cheap and the hotel brand name - no standard amenities in the bathroom - no hair conditioner, no body lotion, no cotton buds etc. The toilet is separate from the bathroom so super unhygienic.
